Newham Transitional PracticeThis is an opportunity for people who have received care and support under a Home Treatment Team in North East London.
North east London is reviewing all of its mental health Home Treatment Team services, and we would like people who have used those services to contribute to this review.
Experience required – for people who have been under the care of or seen by a Home Treatment Team within the past two years – as a service user or if you care for a loved one who has used those services.
This review relates to the seven boroughs of north east London:
- Barking and Dagenham
- City and Hackney
- Havering
- Newham
- Redbridge
- Tower Hamlets
- Waltham Forest
